1. General
These terms and conditions apply to your use of the Redhead Brother Bistro website and reservation system. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
2. Reservations
Table reservations are confirmed automatically when the chosen time and table are available. You will receive a confirmation by email and, where possible, by SMS.
Please arrive on time. Tables are held for 15 minutes past the reservation time. If you are running late, please call us.
3. Cancellations & changes
You can cancel or change your reservation using the link in your confirmation email or by calling us. Please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the table to other guests.
4. Private events
Private event inquiries are non-binding until we confirm in writing. A deposit or pre-payment may apply and will be communicated separately.
5. Liability
Redhead Brother Bistro does not warrant uninterrupted availability of the website. We reserve the right to change the menu, opening hours and prices without prior notice.
